Meet David Matos, Occupational Therapist & Owner

David is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist, OTR/L.
He earned his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University. He has been practicing since 2017, specializing in pediatrics.

David and his wife live in Port St. Lucie and have two beautiful children. David was inspired in 2011 to become an occupational therapist after he learned that his then 3 year-old daughter needed occupational therapy. Thanks to early intervention and help and support at home and at school, his daughter was able to reach critical developmental milestones that enables her today to be a happy independent young adult working to reach her maximum potential.

David is passionate about occupational therapy and he is an advocate of the importance of early intervention in children. He wants to help children reach their maximum potential and help them enjoy life to the fullest.

We focus on the pediatric population and have experience with a variety of diagnoses. We develop comprehensive plans of care that are client-centered and tailored to each individual child. Our ability to provide occupational therapy services in the child’s own environment – home, preschool, and private school, enables us to work on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and help the child reach their specific goals. We collaborate with parents and teachers to help support and achieve the child’s goals.

Our Therapy Intervention Can Improve Daily Life Skills for Children Experiencing Any of The Following:
